Dave grew up near Marysville, Ohio, surrounded by crop and livestock agriculture. 

For as long as Dave can remember, farming and agriculture have been a part of his life. It was no surprise to friends and family when he decided to pursue a bachelor’s degree in agricultural business from The Ohio State University.  

Dave has worked in the ag production business for over 40 years. In 1990, he started Integrated Ag Services with his wife, Zita, and is grateful that IAS is still going strong more than 30 years later.

He enjoys the challenge of trying new things and then seeing the results of each crop year, seeing what has worked and what hasn’t. He is also a partner with his brother in a corn and soybean crop farming operation, which allows him to test all his crazy ideas. 

He has been married for over 30 years; he and Zita have three adult daughters, two sons-in-law and four grandchildren.

In his spare time, Dave loves to be with his family and occasionally golf.
