Lexi Hoewischer joined Integrated Ag Services in October 2022 as a part-time agronomy information advisor. Her role became full-time in 2023.

Prior to joining IAS, she graduated from Wilmington College with a degree in agricultural business.

What she loves most about the ag industry is that it’s always evolving. “Since joining the Integrated Ag team, I have been able to learn more about our HD drone scouting. This technology allows us to be more efficient in the way we scout fields, allowing us to cover more ground and being able to make a sounder diagnosis during the scouting seasons.”

Her favorite season is spring planting, because, “That means warm weather is among us and a new season of growth! Plus, hay season is just around the corner as well!”

Her favorite in-field meal: Pizza

The best advice she’s ever received: “Dreams don’t work unless you do.”
