Dave Scheiderer

Dave Scheiderer, Owner, CCA

Dave grew up near Marysville, Ohio, surrounded by crop and livestock agriculture.

For as long as Dave can remember, farming and agriculture have been a part of his life. It was no surprise to friends and family when he decided to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business from The Ohio State University.

Dave's work in the ag production business began in 1980. In 1990, he started Integrated Ag Services with his wife, Zita, and is grateful that IAS is still going strong after all these years.

He enjoys the challenge of trying new things and then seeing the results of each crop year, seeing what has worked and what hasn’t. He is also a partner with his brother, Gary, in a corn and soybean crop farming operation, which allows him to test all of his crazy ideas.

He has been married to his wife Zita since 1989. They have three adult daughters, two son-in-laws, a granddaughter, and a grandson.

In his spare time, Dave loves to be with his family and occasionally golf.

He started his career in agriculture with Bambauer Fertilizer & Seed, and then spent four years with Monsanto on the corn research team in western Ohio.

He currently farms corn and soybeans on the 12 acres of land that surrounds their house to experiment new farming technologies to help become more experienced with what is available to farmers today. He likes to put on his “farmer hat” to gain more experience and sit on the other side of the table outside of the crop consulting. In his spare time, he enjoys doing water sports, hanging out with his friends and family, hunting, snowboarding, and traveling to see his sisters and their families who both live on the west coast.
